Question about Washing Machines
Saw a very helpful posting from you for virtually the same problem I'm having now on a Kenmore Elite 23022100. Problem is, once I lift the console and try to remove the wiring to have the cabinet rotate out towards me, there is still wiring connected to the top of the cabinet (not the kind that snaps out like it does from the back. Any ideas so I can access the motor?
If it wont spin with heavy loads but will empty then yes it probably is the coupling
