I suggest you try to press and hold the Function(Fn) button then press the Escape(Esc) button on your keyboard to enable or disable your webcam, when you press the Fn+Esc key it will show you a confirmation if your webcam is ON or OFF. If this doesnt work try downloading the latest webcam driver for Win 7 at the Lenovo driver support website and install it on your computer. delete wireless connections and reboot,insure you do not have the wired ehternet cable also installed, and insure that wireless switch is off as well for now. when system reboots, turn on the wireless switch and see if the program for IP is corrected.
