Washer is brand new, we brought the washer upstairs ourself and balanced it, when the washer is on spin cycle it shakes, rattles and moves violently. it is upstairs and on a tile floor. i have family members who have to sleep during the day and washing clothes is impossible. HELP

Take the shipping materail out,,remoce the 4 bolts on back of machine,,the washer should of came with a little wrench...after removing shipping bolts put the 4 white sluggs or vcaps in hole ,,pull bolts with rubber or plastic grommet..onthejob

how confident are you to get inside it? Check the balance springs and shock absorbers.
Normally it is two simple things.
First the machine must be level front to back and left to right. Also all 4 feet must be in equal contact with the floor.
Make sure you load the washer evenly with clothes. Mix large and small items so when the spin starts the clothes even out. Never wash just one large item that is very absorbent, like one bathrobe or one blanket..

have you tried lower spin speeds? I found with heavy items such as towels and jeans it is best to lower the spin speed. also washing like heavy items on a certain wash cycle is best - i.e. towels on bluky/bedding.

suds is determined using the level sw located on top right rear side. remove top cover to see. most letter codes do convert to a f code. most common reason for suds error is use of standard detergent or too much detergent. running a empty load of fabric softener can clean the system. or rinse/spin with nothing. other common problem is this is a whirlpool product.
