SOURCE: mx 850 canon with reoccurring error of 6010 or 6000

if it's 6A00 then theres a problem with the cleaning unit where the printhead parks. Look for any paper scraps in that area, 6000 is a paper feed error saying something may have fallen in stopping the paper transport roller.

Printer error 6000, on a canon Mp610 printer. i tried what the manual said [disconnect USB cable... etc] shut down, restart. printer still says error!!!!

6000 says the paper feed is not able to roll. Either something has fallen in to stop the rollers, or the encoder on the left hand side is too dirty to see the marks on the wheel.
