Problem for SanDisk 1GB Secure Digital Memory Card

No private folder

people say that when you open up a sd card there is supposed to be a private folder.
i have an official Nintendo SanDisk sd card and when i plug it into my usb SanDisk Image Mate it only has a misc folder, DCIM folder and some other folder no private folder .
whats wrong with it?

those are the correct folders for the card.
your images are stored in DCIM folder
