I can't tell from this video, but you may have damaged the battery or the receiving ends for the battery in the phone. Check to see if the prong ends are bent, and have a close look for battery leakage. If its on the inside of the phone your S.O.L sorry..

What do I do to turn my phone on when it was charging all night and I woke up this morning and it wills not turn on but when its on the charge it come s on? What can I do to fix it?

If the cell phone battery is more than 3 - 4 years old then the battery could be worn out.Rechargeable batteries have a finite number of charge and discharge cycles andwill lose their charge capacity over time, i.e. won't charge to 100% andgradually the charge reduces until the battery won't charge up at all. OR Thebattery shows a 100% charge but when the adapter is disconnected the batterydrops off to zero capacity in a very short time. If the battery drops to anunacceptable charge level then the battery needs to be replaced.

Probably a loose connection with the battery, try taking the battery out and putting it back in and see if it turns on then.
