Moving photos from Samsung S11 to computer

ALTERNATE WAY TO TRANSFER PHOTOS AND VIDEOS TO A COMPUTER
If your photos and videos are stored on the memory card, then remove the memory card from the camera and insert it into an USB memory card reader. Connect this USB memory card reader and memory card into the USB port of your working computer. Your computer will see this as an USB Mass Storage Device or an external storage device; you can then open the folder on the memory card and copy the photos and to your computer. Memory card reader is a handy device and is inexpensive. You can copy photos from other cameras and you can also download photos off your memory card to someone else's computer without the need of installing any programs.

Samasung galaxy s11 wont bring up usb up top lefthand corner when plugged in

Does that USB port work with other devices? If it does then you need to make sure you have the driver's installed for the Galaxy S2 which you can get from Samsung's website by downloading Samsung Kies and installing that on your computer. After that if it still is not connecting to your computer then you would need to call Samsung Tech Support to make sure the cable/port are working correctly.

How i can import photo from samsung jet s8000 to computer ?

Hi there,

I am not sure if you can connect your phone to your computer via USB and search the folders that way, but if you cannot here is another method. This method does require you to have a memory card though:

Tab "Menu" - then Tab "My file", and then the page will turn to "My Photo." - Tab "Manage" and select "Move." - Check boxes of the files that you want to move and tap "Memory Card." - Tap "Move."

Once you do this you can connect your memory card to your computer and then transfer the files over. I hope this helps!
