Question about Fisher and Paykel 23 in. DD-603SS Built-in Dishwasher
If you have a double drawer unit then please confirm what is happening with the other drawer. Most likely the base of the dishwasher under the bottom drawer has flooded and brought down the power with it. The power board sits under the bottom drawer. BE CAREFUL NOT TO TOUCH THE DISHWASHER BEFORE SWITCHING OFF THE MAINS POWER SUPPLY TO THE DISHWASHER AS THE CIRCUIT MAY BE LIVE AND GIVE A SHOCK. You will have to take the bottom drawer out and see what is happening under it.

Try shutting off the power to the dishwasher for a 5 min then see if that resets the control system.... here is a link for the manual.. they have several trouble shooting sections within it to assist you.. http://www.fisherpaykel.com/global/customer-care/product-manuals.cfm
Hope this helps...

F1 indicates a problem with the Flood sensor. I cleaned all the filters etc. removed the drawer viewed under the drawer, it was dry. There is nothing further I can do, so called the Appliances repair person and booked an appointment for him to determine if an outlet hose is blocked or has a hole in it or whatever. Thanks for all the suggestions Blokes. I'm technically challenged. Happy New Year
