Question about Jenn-Air JBL800 Work Top Blender
The pcb board inside has cracked away from its mount so when you touch the screen their is not enough pressure applied to the small buttons to activate them. Remove the bottom plate by pulling off the rubber feet to reveal the 4 Phillips head screws. Check the mount to see if it has broken, mine was. I fixed mine by wedging some soft material between the pcb board and the motor shroud. Not too much or the shroud shifts and prevents the bottom plate from going back on. Probably not the best or safest solution but got the blender to work!

I don't have a solution, but I do need the cap that goes on the lid if you want to sell yours.
