Question about DISH Network ViP 211K
Is there a fuse that may have blown and how can i find out where to purchase a new fuse?
I would be more than happy to help with this. There isn't a place to purchase individual parts for our receivers. The humming may be from the fan still receiving power, but if the receiver itself won't turn on we would have to send out a replacement.
Make sure the receiver is plugged directly into the wall, and not into a power strip or surge protector. If the problem continues, can you send me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the account or phone # so I can look into a possible replacement?

yes your signal is very good but it hangs up, the most important is the quality of your picture, cause signal is composed of so many impurities including noise, so dish be orientated once more.thanks.

Bypass that surgeprotector, if one, try another outlet, if that does not work, call Dishnetwork to have it replaced. If under warrantee, you are covered if not, add the service plan, $6 a month and you are covered, free!
