a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

SOURCE: usb port?
The unit's USB port is about two inches to the left of the chambers for the yellow and black cartridges.
If you have a Windows PC, see step 9 on page 15 of the Quick Setup Guide. If you have a Mac, see step 7 on page 20 instead.
To view the Quick Setup Guide at the aforementioned link, you will need a PDF viewer such as Adobe Reader or Foxit Reader.

Go to www.brother.com drill down in the support/driver/downloads section. Look for/download avail. drivers for Windows 7 for that device (when Win7 is publicly avail.)

You cannot use the full driver and software package now. BUT:
Printing is possible, scanning and FAX is not possible at the moment. You download the Vista driver (x32 or x64) from the official Brother site and install it with the Printer Wizard in Windows 7.
