Check below the basket or as some call it, the plastic strainer.

My Apollo Spa shuts off and on when high speed is pushed. I replaced pump and it is the same. Any help is appreciated.

Check your voltage to that pump. If the pump is set to accept high-voltage of 240 V, and you are only providing low-voltage of the 110-120 V then you will be getting that symptom.

I have a 300GAL Spa that was installed on a 120v 20amp two pole. I had a 240v 50amp breaker that I replced with two 120v 20amp breakers, we wired the tub and the pump works but when the heater is turned...

What is the amp rating for the tub? What voltage are you actually running the tub on, 120 or 240? Is the 120v 10amp two-pole then the switch rating since you mention a switch? If there is no amp rating on the control what is the wattage of the heater element and how much horsepower is the pump rated for?

In the end it seems likely you do not have high enough breaker ratings to carry the pump(s) and the heater at the same time. Depending on the electrical circuit wire size and the breakers and switches you may need to make some adjustments or replace some of the components but I'll/we'll need more details on your existing setup and the tubs electrical demand to help you further.

I just cleaned out my Pentair FSN filter as I hve done several times before. I replaced the internal air bleed assembly from the factory piece (broken filter piece) to one with a screen from the pool...

it sounds like your valving for the return water is set wrong. check to make sure that some water will return to the spa when the pool is running. It's a valving problem more than it is a filter problem.

you must have a small pump call laing if you do, air picket inside the plumbing try to turn both pump on high and wait few minutes if doesn fix try to loose the nut just a little bit with the breakers off and let the air go out. try one more time. if doesn work turn on high both pump and touch if they are working then a impeller may be broken inside one of them try to turn each one separate to find wich one as t he broken impeller.

How to clean a Anthony Apollo diatomaceous pool filter pump

Drain tank. Remove the retaining band from filter. release locking lever securing support shaft and lift straight up wiggling slightly. the filter grids will come out as a unit. A most satifactory cleaning can be done without disassembling the grids. Just hose of all surfaces with a strong spray of water. Clean out de from tank bottom. Clean tank o-ring, lube and reinstall grids.
