Question about Sansui Televison & Video
Check the remote control for its infrared emission. Check it with fresh batteries. Clean the contacts inside the battery compartment. If rust or dust obstruct the proper contact, the remote won't work. Clean these contacts before you replace the batteries. Check this link to know about how to check the remote controls. If the infrared sensor inside the TV has damaged, the TV won't accept any remote control signals, even though the remote control is good.
