On all PURE products you have the option of being able to return the product to its original factory settings. As well as being useful for fully re-tuning the radio, a reset effectively 're-boots' the product's operating system which removes any user settings such as presets and timer/alarm settings. A reset can often resolve any anomalies found. Note: You will need to re-enter your network security information after performing a factory reset. Make sure you have your network security key to hand before performing a reset or you will not be able to re-connect your radio to the internet. Instructions for EVOKE Flow/AVANTI Flow/ Oasis Flow/ ONE Flow: Make sure your radio is switched on. Press and hold the 'Options' button down for two or three seconds and confirm the reset when prompted. Instructions for Sensia: Make sure your radio is switched on. Tap 'Settings', tap 'Update' and tap 'Factory Reset'. Confirm the reset when prompted. Instructions for Siesta Flow: Make sure your radio is switched on. Press and hold the 'Options' button down for three or four seconds and confirm by pressing the 'YES' button when prompted.
aye, see if you can enter the diagnosis mode. What we are looking for is the F-02 code. This will flash when there is a stuck button or user interface problem and only displayed in the test mode. With the unit plugged in and all indicator lights off, select any button except stop. Press for 3 seconds, release for 3 seconds, press for 3 seconds, release for 3 secnds and press for 3 seconds. If you did it right 88 should appear. Press the same button again and if there is a error, it should show up. If no error code shows, open the consol and check the p-5 connector. This will be the interface ribbon to the board. Reseat it and see if the problem stops. Catriver
