Question about Philips GoGear HDD1830 MP3 Player
When i plug the mp3 to the usb cord to the computer nothing pops up to download music, it just shows that there is a device plug to the computer
You have to use Windows Media Player to transfer songs. If you have lost your manual , do yourself a favor and get it from Philips website.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
