If you open the fresh food side (not the freezer), and look to the upper left side you will see a plastic shroud or cover. Behind that cover is a printed circuit board (p.c. board) and a damper motor. That motor brings cold air from the freezer to the fresh food side. The whole damper assembly may need to be replaced. That also includes the cold controls for both sides of the "fridge".
Home Depot Parts and Accessories has the part available. 800.378.5830.
Call, give them your model number, and the description, they will locate the part number for you.
This MAY be the solution for you, it was for me. Hope this helps, better yet, Hope you've fixed already.

also check defrost timer, defrost thermostat. In
most newer models the timer has been replaced by an electronic control board.
If the heater and thermostat are ok it’ll be the control.

That sounds like the start relay is buzzing. Unplug and lets check the compressor to see how hot and if too hot to hold your hand on the top of compressor we need to leave it unplugged until we find out if the start relay, start capacitor, overload or if the condenser fan stops after running a short while. Check for two things. Look under the refrigerator and make sure the compressor fan is turning.
Second, check inside the freezer for proper operation of the fan that moves cool air throughout the freezer and refrigerator. If this fan is working, you can probably hear it. It should be behind an access plate in the freezer (near the top). Remove the plate and look at the fan. If it's not turning, you will have to replace the fan motor.
