That's a 48280 series breadmaker you have there.
What you'll need to do is locate and download the instruction manual and recipes book for the Morphy Richards 48280, not the 48286.
Here's more on the subject:
Use your make + your model + your model number (omitting any dashes, slashes, or spaces) + the words KNEADING BLADE DOUGH PADDLE as your Internet search. Google Search is better. Google Product Search is best.
Example: If you owned the Fredericks Home Bakery model KHB-178 you would enter your search as
FREDERICKS HOME BAKERY KHB178 KNEADING BLADE DOUGH PADDLE
Note: Breadmakers model numbers are usually located on the backside or bottom of the unit, either on a printed decal or raised plastic embossment, and usually followed by abbreviations such as mdl, mdl no, model, model no, type, style, art, art no, article no, cat, cat no or catalog no.
