Question about Washing Machines
My washer is brand new. When I set it to one of the wash cycles, nothing happens (indicator lights on orange, door locked light on) but when I turn it to one of the partial cycles instead (lettered A-E) the water runs and drains fine. I'm assuming this indicates that there's nothing wrong with the power or the piping, so I can't think if what else that can be wrong. Please help. Thanks.

well if its spinning and not washing, that does sound like aproblem with unit and not what your doing, id call a service company to figure it out, thats why you bought new, not so youd repair it

Hello, problem here is the spin control board is bad. Remove panel under the door and you can locate the spin control at the rear right of the machine screwed to the floor. Replace it and you will be all set. Mike
