Internet connection worked through my wireless router until recently on my Satellite L305-S5877. I have turned off my firewall to no avail. I have limited connection to the router wirelessly, but no...

First unplug all devices from your router. There should be a small button (mine is depressed with the point of a pen) on your router that is used to reset the router. I have to reset mine from time to time. Hold the button down for two minutes or so to allow it time to reset. If that does not work then disconnect your modem for a few minutes to allow it to reset Then reconnect everything in the exact reverse order that you disconnected. I needed to contact my router manufacturer the first time for help in resetting it.

My Toshiba Satellite L305D-S5914 monitor is blank even though the power light is on and the fan is running..what should I do???

Take out the battery and only hook up the ac adapter.

If that doesn't work then, try reseating your memory one stick at a time in each slot one stick at a time and make sure you turn the laptop on after each stick reinsertion.

If you don't get video after that then go ahead and take the dvd drive out and also the hard drive.

If you dont' get video after all of this then that means that motherboard is bad and would need to be replaced.

My wireless internet doesn't work, and the on/off switch is turned on

Hi,  Please do the following: Start>Run>type devmgmt.msc>under device manager>Right click on Wireless network adapter>uninstall, once done, click on scan for hardware changes on top. the network adapter would be back on its place. If that doesn't resolve the problem, reinstall the driver for wireless network adapter using the link given below: http://www.drivershq.com/Drivers/Toshiba/Satellite/L305-S5894/4183/9941/42341/Drivers.aspx

hope this resolves your issue.
your feedback is appreciated. Askari :)
