The answer to your question as to where you can puchase a stopper for your Tefal soup maker depends upon the country where you reside.

Apparently, Tefal Repair Centers sell replacement parts for Tefal products.

First go to this web page:

Select the country where you reside and click on the language link for that country.

Scroll down to the bottom of the Tefal home page for your location and choose Repairs. On the Repairs page, you should be able to find a Tefal Repair Center not far from where you reside (I hope), which you can contact to find out they can sell you a stopper for your soup maker.

Hello Sue, I've attempted to locate replacement parts for for Tefal Avante toaster, but there doesn't appear to be a broad source for these, which troubles me as I've got the same toaster and use it everyday.

I did locate the Tefal customer support/service contact that should be able to provide you with either a local authorized service location or provide you with the replacement parts you need to get it working again.

You can call Tefal directly at 1--800-395-8325 from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday thru Friday, EST
