Yes - there are such adapters.
Most of the time however, you lose one or more functions like you do when using extension tubes. These can be metering, auto focus, aperture control on the camera body (must be done on the lens barrel instead), etc.
If you have nice Minolta / Vivitar glass, it would probably worth learning to use the camera in a manual mode with these inexpensive adapters.
