Question about Tomtom ONE GPS Receiver
My Tomtom One is new, less than a week old. When trying to download the free maps available to owners up to 30 days from purchase, I was told the code was either incorrect or already used. What's my next step?
Many people have had the same problem, (including me). The solution is to contact TomTom Support ( Link Here -> http://www.tomtom.com/support/support.php?ID=2&Language=1 ) They will need your details and a copy of your receipt, which you will have to send them via email scan/fax etc. once verified, they will add it to your TomTom Home account.
I brought my TomTom One Regional in March 09, but cannot find my receipt anymore, so I have not been able to claim mine. (any help with this would be much appreciated).
