First try scraping at it with a shovel. If that doesn't work then sprinkle ice over it.. good luck!

Why is there ice buildup behind the pantry drawer?

Hello

This is caused when the refrigerator door is repeatedly opened and closed thereby allowing excess air to enter or if there is a problem with the door seal of your refrigerator.

To get rid of the ice you have to defrost your refrigerator regularly or once the ice is 3mm thick.

Permanent solution will be to not to keep your refrigerator door open always and you should also check your door seal

The ice from my ice maker has a chemical taste...how do I get rid of it?

Run about 3 cycles of vinegar; then rinse with water. Run regular water through and then the ice should lose the chemical smell and taste.

Ice maker

Don't know if you've tried this yet but try taking out the ice bucket and throw out all the ice that's there. Then I'd try washing out the bucket and get rid of any rust that's there.
