What is a drinking fountain?

A drinking fountain, also called a water fountain or a bubbler, is a fountain designed to provide drinking water. It consists of a basin with either continuously running water or a tap. The drinker bends down to the stream of water and swallows water directly from the stream. Modern indoor drinking fountains may incorporate filters to remove impurities from the water and chillers to lower its temperature. Drinking fountains are usually found in public places, like schools, rest areas, libraries, and grocery stores. Many jurisdictions require drinking fountains to be wheelchair accessible (by sticking out horizontally from the wall), and to include an additional unit of a lower height for children and short adults.

You are getting water feeding back to the kitchen faucet from the filter system. A check valve needs to be installed on the line feeding the drinking water system to prevent this. Excess pressure may also be causing these problems. An in-line flow restrictor may alleviate the dripping.

Water tube to drinking water disconnected at back of frig on floor there ware two tubes dangling, is there a device that comes between the two ends.

if you also see wires dangling, then the water shutoff valve is missing, otherwise, my guess would be an inline water filter is missing.

It might just be a simple water line coupler, but I would look at a parts diagram to be sure, or take a peek at a similar model at an appliance store.

obviously a filter leak. the water shuts off when the filter is removed. either it wasn't installed properly or it has a bad gasket. as for the fridge getting warm, the water probably collected and froze to the evaporator coils and now resrticts the cold air flow. you need to turn off the fridge, empty it out, leave the freezer door open, and let the coils defrost on their own. or remove the back panel in the freezer and defrost the coils with a hair dryer. you will need to soak up some water, but not nearly as much. once it's defrosted, dry it out, close the doors and turn it on while it's empty. when it's cold enough, replace the food.

. water despencer have a tiny stream.

I would replace the inline filter. My guess is you have never replaced it and its probaly clogged. Just follow the water line and it should go into a round cylinder and the a line comes out the other end and goes into fridge. Most hardware stores carry generic replacments that are much cheaper than factory and they seem to work better.

Insall water filter

there are lots better filters then the ones that go into the fridges install an inline filter into the water line before the fridge that way you filter both the drinking water and the ice maker any hardware store will have them usually your water supply is tapped into the cold under your kitchen sink this is a good place to put the filter if you are connected there
