Question about Toshiba Satellite A135-S4527 Notebook
We have a Toshiba Satellite and when we turn it on, it asks for the password, we enter it and it acts like it is loading and then the screen goes blank. Windows never starts or anything.
If you keep pressing F8 before Windows starts to load it should display a menu, if you choose "safe mode" it may then load into Windows. If you're using WinXP you can try a system restore - click start, all programs, accessories, system tools, system restore. It should display a calendar. Click on any date in bold and restore to that date. It may solve the problem for you. Did you install a new game or anything just before it went wrong?
