Here is how you determine that:

__Bread pan Capacities__

__
__

Here is how you determine the size of loaf you can bake in your machine. You need to determine the capacity of your pan. Fill your pan with water and measure the cups added so you know how many cups of water are in the pan when it is full to the very top. Here are the conversions:

1)If your pan holds __less than__ 10 cups of water you can make: a 1 pound loaf

2)If your pan holds 10 cups of water you can make: a 1 pound loaf and a 1.5 pound loaf

3)If your pan holds 12 cups you can make: a 1 pound, 1.5 pound, and a 2.0 pound loaf
