SOURCE: Mamiya M645j film counter not advancing to start when roll loaded

It's a common problem in the 645 - if you want to do it yourself, without a permanent fix, put a DROP ( not a lot ) of lighter fluid, or rubbing alcohol on the tip of a fine screwdriver and apply it to the gear you use to rewind the camera, and turn back and forth a few times. If that doesn't loosen it, it'll have to be disassembled.

SOURCE: The mamiya 7 shutter does not trigger after each

Very likely that some of the teeth on an internal gear are broken, or stripped. It could have been jarred or over time, just gotten brittle if its plastic.
Another poss. is that the shutter lubrication could have dried out = more resistance = snap.
sounds like it gonna require taking apart. At Minimum, a CLA, otherwise, parts too.

SOURCE: My Mamiya RB67 triggers and shutter lease lever

This is not the best solution as it indicates a faulty film back. The film should advance without resorting to activating the film-wind release lever. That is only for intentionally advancing a partially exposed roll of film. Make sure the multi-exposure lever is not engaged and that the counter does advance and the red mark disappears as you advance to an unexposed frame.

SOURCE: Pro-S film back doesn't advance film properly.

There is good chance that the back needs a spring replaced. I've seen them fail many times.

The vertical shutter sliding lever gets locked if the film doesn't get advanced to the next frame, and the mode selector is set for single exposure. You can't trip the shutter unless you have film in the camera and you forward the film to the next frame. That should allow you to release the shutter with the sliding lever.

Mamiya RB67 Pro S: film counter does not advance, but the film does advance purchase another back same problem. Is there a switch that I'm missing??

If the problem is on the magazine's counter and if the spacing of frames is correct then the counter dial is loose. two screws on the outside front of the top of magazine, two screws in the film chamber hold the top cover. remove leather cover on winding lever loosen screw and remove. you can then remove the complete top housing to expose the counter mechanism.

Mamiya C3 film advance

Hi there,Here's a link to a PDF instruction manual of your camera body.
http://www.cameramanuals.org/mamiya_pdf/mamiya_c3.pdf

It is possible that the crank handle is missing, as it is a removable piece. Bring your camera to a camera shop and see if they have a box of old parts to replace it with. You can either use a regular round knob, or (if you're lucky) one with a crank on it.

Good luck!

I bought a second hand Mamiya 645 Af but as soon as I load a film it shows a error message ERR 01 .... what is that ?

From the manual:
"If the error display is not canceled when the shutter release button is pressed again, insert the Dark slide, half-press the shutter release button while pressing the roll film holder's manual film advance button to wind up the film, then contact your nearest Mamiya agent or service center."

My Mamiya C330 Pro only gives me 4 photos per roll

A few things to consider:
-Loading: Make sure you are not over loading the film before you start to shoot. I have sometimes turned the film advance too many times and end up cutting down on the amount of usable film.
-Are you loading the film in a dark area and careful to close up the back just after it has started to load to avoid exposing it?
-Shooting: Are you metering properly when shooting? Obviously underexposed images won't develop. You should consider a hand held meter.
-Shooting: Are you advancing the film more than it needs to be after you take your shot? Watch the film counter and feel for that click as it hits the next frame. I have advanced past the next shot many times by accident.
Hope that helps, Matt

Mamiya 645 AF back won't advance film.

The battery in the film back is only used to supply power when the back is off the camera, when it is on the body power is supplied by the six batteries in the body so try them and also make sure the film insert is properly seated.
