Bosch WFL2060 wont stop bouncing

I am a repair tech. I looked at his washer and am unsure where to go next. It is dead bubble level w/ the leveling legs locked in place. The floor is not the greatest but the owner says its always worked in the past, The upper support springs are ok, as are the lower support struts. I see no sign of the balance weight being loose or damaged. I ran it with and w/o a load. Depending on the weight made this worse, but it was still not quite right w/o a load either. I cant think where to turn next. Help if you can.

The only thing i can suggest is motor picking up too quickly.
Find this quite often but shouldnt really bounce with no load.
If anything else comes to mind will post again.
Good luck.

The washing Machine knocks during spinning

Easy fix: Readjust the riser supports and level the washer. Some washers have adjustable feet that screw up and down. Put a level across the top of the washer and when it is level front and back, the legs are in the correct position. Some units have auto-level adjustment meaning you have to pull your washer forward and bounce it gently back toward the wall and lift the Front in the same fashion. In some cases side to side adjustment by lifting one side up and then the other can do the same thing in adjusting the levels. Either way you must LEVEL the washer in order to STOP the rattle or bounce.

Bosch WFL 2462 is out of balance during spin cycle

I would think it unlikely that the springs have failed unless they are fractured. It's more likely to be the shock absorber or absorbers. Depress the drum and watch how it settles, if it continues to 'bounce' around its the absorber(s), if it settles after one bounce then it's something else.
Make sure it's levelled ok

When sprining the mechine have so noisy

Usually over a period of use the washer tends to get out of balance, and then make more noise when it get to the spin cycle. I would suggest leveling the washer and then trying it out. The best way to fix this issue is by getting yourself a water level, u can get it in any hardware store. I personally would recommend a small circular water level for this job. Place the water level on top of the washer; make sure it is in the center. Take a look at the level and see where the bubble is in the water level? Accordingly you have to lower or raise either 4 corners of the washer to bring the bubble in the water level to the center. Now you have to be very gentle and small increments when rising or lower the corners of the washer, it does not take too much to move the bubble in the center.

If the problem continues then you have to open the top cover and check inside. 9 out of 10 the washer needs to be leveled.

Excessive vibrating and banging in the spin cycle with some washes. The unit is only 1 month old. Any advice?

You have a improper installation. The machine has to be perfectly level side to side and frotnt to back. After leveling, check the feet on the bottom and see if one is bouncing on spin with a load. Adjust the bouncing foot down until machine stops bouncing.

Bosch WFL2060

Check the Vibration damper rods to be sure that...
1. They are there and mount is solid.
2. If they are broken in 1/2.
3. The plastic knuckle mounts are not missing/broken.
4. There is oil in the shock absorber/spring section of the rods.

Also - there are suspension springs on the bottom of the tub that could be broken and/or missing.

Replace/repair as necessary.

hi,

have you removed the shipping bolts at the back before you run the unit?

if it is brand new, it is shipped with mounting bolts at the back that holds the unit securely. look at the back and you will see notice there about shipping bolts that you need to remove.

tnx 4 using fixya,
