Contact Behringer to get part number FIRST, then go to this website to see if they have it available. http://www.dbmproaudio.com/behrparts.html

It should be a standard 1/4" mono jack, so you can always go somewhere like Radio Shaft or PartsExpress.com and get one. You certainly don't 'HAVE' to get a certified Behringer part for this. Good luck! :)

I need to replace my Input - jack, in my Nashville - 112 Amp !!!

Replacing jacks is not that difficult, even with one that is made different from the original. Just make sure you have the same length as the original and the same number of contacts. You can salvage one from soemthing else, like an old tape deck buy one off ebay or buy one from a supplier like Mouser or Digikey. http://www.mouser.com or http://www.digikey.com

Use an ohm meter as you go to make sure you get the input connected to the right tab of the new one.

Yamaha CP 300 broken headphone jack

Some keyboards use the amp output sockets for headphone use.
You might need some adapters for your headphones.
If it fell in, you would see an empty hole. This would be unlikely because it is held on by two screws. If all fails, buy an amp with a headphone jack input. Plug the keyboard into the amp and use the amps jack.

Input jack fell inside

Yes, the jack MAY actually be broken. It will need to be serviced. Run cables through the handle to avoid plugs from being yanked sideways and breaking the jacks.

The jacks have to be replaced. If you are not adept at repair, best to take it to a shop for the repair. Do NOT use the unit till repaired. If the jack shorts you may damage your amplifier.

Need replacment inputs for boss digital delay

the jacks are not diffiult to find nor to install, but don't buy cheap radio shack jacks, go to a good music store and buy jacks ( the price may be 3 to 5 dollars each). take the unit apart and take not of where the wires go, wirte it down/draw a diagram, note colors of wire and where they go. cut the wires loose and take the old jacks out, then solder in the wires where they belong, and you're good to go.

This sounds like either a bad guitar cable or a bad jack in the guitar. Possibly your friend is not as qualified to find these intermittent problems as needed? These jacks are really junky and often have riveting of the barrel come undone... especially if the retaining nut is overtightened. The LONG barrel like jacks are notorious for failing. You have all the information you need to solve this problem. First try a different guitar cable... (often they are broken or intermittent at the end where they flex). If that doesn't fix it, replace the jack in the guitar. Also verify that the conductive coating paint within the guitar is grounded. Sometimes the contact to it is destroyed when the volume control shafts or jacks become loose and they depend upon the shaft barrel to ground the paint.
