SOURCE: recomende tire pressure touring motorcycle

Generally I put the front and rear tires @ 40 psi. You get better gas mileage , plus it rolls better when you have to push it around, but you also get better tire wear. I would set your rear air suspension around 12 -15 psi.

Motorcycle overheate while idiling, lost oil pressure

You should not let the motorcycle idle for that length of time. That motor needs air blowing across it. Change your oil now. Next time put a fan blowing on the engine should you need to idle for an extended period of time.

30 psi in the front and 36 in the rear for single rider. Two up riding, raise the rear tire to 40 psi.
