Cant send text messages

I have a krzr k1. I have recently changed phone provider. changed from vodaphone to o2. Everything fine for first few days then I was unable to send texts. Can receive texts also make and receive calls. I contacted o2 who gave me the server number. Still not able to send texts. I tried my sim in another phone and it worked fine.

To rectify my problem I reset my phone with the Master reset NOT master clear, Phone working fine now.
