Hi this can be only fixed by the resetting the phone to original factory settings and make sure you backup every thing before doing this

The default security code is 000000. Perhaps it is time for a new battery?

How can i reset my security code?motorola v3

Changing a Code, PIN, or Password Motorola V3
Your phone’s 4-digit unlock code is originally set to 1234, and the 6-digit security code is originally set to 000000.

Your service provider may reset these codes before you receive your phone.

. The unlock code must contain 4 digits, and the security code must contain 6 digits.

One trick I know: When changing the code, when it asks for the old password, press the "menu" button first, then enter 000000 and that may work also.

How do i master reset my phone?

unfortunately there is NO pin hole to reset the mot v3,
just goto initial setup and chose master reset and use the sec code 000000
if u have changed the security code then use the one u changed it to, the motorola V3 is not a wifi modem :/ There is not pinhole
to reset the phone :O

if u have changed the security code and cant remember it
msg me and i will show u how to retrieve it.
