You have to have an account for Netflix. You can do this by going to their web site online and registering.

OK, I found this instructions on how to factory reset, I don't think you need to connect it top the computer, just scroll down to wipe data and choose yes. I think that pressing the power button will select the highlighted section.

How to Recovery Mode for Google Nexus 10:
The first, must turn off in your Google Nexus Tablet.
Then press and hold Volume UP+DOWN+POWER buttons.
Next step, plug in to your computer the tablet to get into the recovery mode.
Further, select Wipe data Factory reset.
The last, choose YES to confirm

If it is still in warranty then i recommend contacting Samsung support, but otherwise this maybe a issue with the power button, battery or mainboard, it can be quite broad unless the device can be tested for these issues.

Try turn off cell remove back and remove battery and sim card if you have a sim. If the Samsung cell company wont help you fix the problem go directly to the Samsung company for a fix , if that don't fix ya call the attorney general of your location and request that they help with the cell. I had a galaxy and it kept shutting OFF by its self 4 of them as a matter of fact and the company I got it from would not fix the cell or replace the cell with a new one, they kept sending me someone elses reject.

If you can get into the bootloader try doing a factory reset, if you are rooted press and hold the power and vol down button and that would boot into recovery. Worse case, you can google factory images for nexus 7 e and download a factory image from google and they provide the instructions on how to reimage your devices
