Hi, I need to find the "Warranty Manager" in your web page. It's supposed to be a place where I can store the information of may products (Brand, model, serial #, etc) Do you know how to get there? Thanks, Jose

Hi Palomo, We are in the process of developing that feature, so some elements are in flux. Currently, you can find it this way: 1. Use the search bar on the homepage to search for and locate your product. 2. Go to your My Profile page. The product that you just searched for will now appear under "Recently Viewed Products" on the right. 3. Click the link that says "Add to My Products." 4. The product will now appear on your My Profile page along with a field where you can enter more products. In the future, this field will always be on your My Profile page. 5. Click on "Enter Warranty Details." 6. You will now have access to any current and future features of the Warranty Manager. My h17 only holds a charge for 2 hours. can the battery be replaced


Unfortunately, the Motorola H17 does not have a user replaceable battery. The battery is supposed to last the life of the product and can only be removed by breaking the headset. If the battery fails (leaks or will not charge beyond 80%) while the headset is under warranty (1 year from initial purchase), then Motorola will replace the H17.

Call your store manager directly for any information you need. Just ask for the store manager. If he or she cannot help then call 1-800-WALMART and ask that your concern be forwarded to the District Manager and you expect a call back. My store manager tells me they will stand for you with the warranty people.
