Question about FixYa Service
Hi Palomo, We are in the process of developing that feature, so some elements are in flux. Currently, you can find it this way: 1. Use the search bar on the homepage to search for and locate your product. 2. Go to your My Profile page. The product that you just searched for will now appear under "Recently Viewed Products" on the right. 3. Click the link that says "Add to My Products." 4. The product will now appear on your My Profile page along with a field where you can enter more products. In the future, this field will always be on your My Profile page. 5. Click on "Enter Warranty Details." 6. You will now have access to any current and future features of the Warranty Manager.
