Have you tried using another cable? if you say that your lan connection is weak, the factors may include faulty rj45 wirings or just interferences that may be caused by appliances near you.

One of Intel DP55kg Motherboard desktop shows 100 mbps Lan connection when the other desktop shows 1gbps. why?

It depends upon the make and model of the LAN card. The one in the Intel may be a 10/100Mbps LAN card and the other one a 1Gbps LAN card.
You cannot make a 10/100Mbps LAN card run any faster than it was designed for.

How to connect 2 PC's on a single ADSL2+ connection so that both can connect to net simultaneously

Use a router for that. Connect your DSL modem to the router's WAN port, then connect your computers to the router's LAN ports.
