We inherited an aspire 7110-2069 that doesn't work very well. It appears to have a lot of conflicts. We would like to get it back to factory condition. Where can we get the discs to restore the system.

The notebook cannot find the Windows operating system on the hard disk. The hard disk may have failed.
First - re-seat the harddisk and reboot the computer. If this does not work then reboot and go to theBIOS configuration to see if the BIOS detects the hard drive. If it doesn'tdetect the hard drive then it could be faulty.
Next - to determine if thehard drive is faulty, remove the hard drive and insert it into an USB hard drive adapter and connect it to a workingcomputer's USB port. If this computer cannot see itas an external hard drive and you cannot open the various folders and files, this confirms the hard drive is faulty.
Then the hard drive needsto be replaced in the computer/laptop, Windows installed and the computer orlaptop's device drivers plus your programs etc. to get a functioning computer/laptopagain.
Hello my friend. The problem is that the "hard drive" has a lot of bad sectors and the netbook cannot recognise it. The Hard disk might need replace with a new hard disk. Please refer to a computer technician. Please rate my help! Thanks!
I would firstly reboot and if that doesn't clear the error run www.iobit.com asc.setup utility to remove crosslinked files and sort out a crosslinked registry. Failing that remove the driver from the Control Panel and let the OS set up a fresh driver. Make sure the driver is the correct one!
