Be care ful this will distroy all your phone book and massages and user settting take back up before do it.

Hold the red reset button found directly below the left soft key on the slide out keyboard and the center button (Action Key) of the four way cursor for a few seconds simultaneously, after holding for a few seconds release the reset button first.

Second option is in the WM6 software, go to Phone Settings found in the System settings area, and use the Clear All Data function. This will clear all data and applications stored within the phones internal memory, but retains previous phone settings and preferences.

Hi

Program memory is used for running current and background programs. Storage memory is used for storing programs, pics, etc. There is no longer any slider used in the newer WM versions (5.0 and above). ROM is strictly being used for storage and RAM is strictly being used for running programs.

If it's program (RAM) memory, you will need to go into Task Manager and kill programs running in background to reclaim the memory. If it's storage (ROM) memory, try to move files using the built-in File Explorer (or other 3rd party software - eg. Resco Explorer) from the device to the expansion card.

Your device, according to specs, has 64MB RAM (program memory) and 128MB ROM (storage memory).

Thanks
Rylee

Yes. Go to the file, left click the file and a window should open that allows a selection to delete.

Have you tried resetting you phone to the factory defaults and starting again from stratch?

Alternatively, go to the application manager and uninstall any application that you have downloaded an no longer want.

Hi ! Every time I try to send a text message, it appears Memory full! Close some applications and try again.I did erase my pics as well as those file saved in my memory card, but it still hopeless. It's 3...

Go your message setting. There is option where you'll save your message and choose save to memory card.
Delete all message in inbox and outbox folder, delete all cache in your browser and close all active applications. Try to send text message.
If the notification "Memory full" still appear you must uninstall a one or more application (not just close it but uninstall it) to make some space in your phone memory. Choose application that you don't use the most.
If the problem persist, format your phone back to factory setting.

Hope this help and if helpful RATE please.

How do i recover a deleted file

Do you mean the file in your phone SD card,Wondershare Data Recovery can easily work out it.
Here is the guide:
1. Download and install the data recovery tool on your computer. It's free download.
2. Connect your phone SD card reader to the computer. Open the application, and then select the partition or directory that files deleted or data lost, and then click Next to start data recovery.
3. After a while you will find a lot of files found listed in the list box. Select the files that you want to recover, and then click Next to continue data recovery.
4 Select Path for Recovered Deleted Files.

My blackberry 7290 is showing me error 507.. what should I do??

Download & install latest BlackBerry desktop manager from HERE
Download & install NET Framework 2.0 from HERE
Download & install BlackBerry Operating System for your phone model from HERE be sure to select your exact provider from the list, after installing delete the filename "vendor.xml" in c:\program files\common files\research in motion\apploader
Connect your device to your computer. Open the BlackBerry® Desktop Manager. Click Application Loader. Click Start in Add/Remove Applications or Update Applications. If necessary, perform the following actions: If the Device Security Password dialog box appears, type your device password. Click Next. If the Communication Port Selection dialog box appears, specify a communications port. Click Next. Click Next. Perform any of the following actions: To add an application that appears in the list, select the check box beside the application. To add an application that does not appear in the list, click Browse. Double-click an application loader (.alx or .ali) file. Click Next. Click Finish.
PLEASE be PATIENT the processes involved may take some time, the whole process would take about 30 to 45 mins, so if you see that it looks like nothing is happening dont try anything just wait for it, it is just NORMAL.

How to uninstall apps like..skyfire ,openweb radio

You just have to copy the .cab file (which is the application installation file) to either your phone internal memory or the memory card (if it is inserted, that is), and tap over it. You will, then, be prompted to install the application either on the internal memory or memory card. Then, it should be available under 'Start > Programs' (depenidng on what you have installed, it might show under 'Start > Settings'), ready to be launched. After the installation, you are free to delete the .cab file, if you want (of course you can keep it there, for future installations, if something bad happens).
Hope you are able to install your applications soon.
Regards, Carlos

My phone is deleting my text messsages and my calls I have made. When I go to check if my message sent, it says there is nothing in my inbox or outbox. How does my phone delete my stuff without me doing...

Cause 1 A number of large applications are installed on the BlackBerry smartphone. Resolution To resolve this issue, complete the following steps: Make sure that the BlackBerry® Device Software is installed on the computer to display the correct total application space. Determine the application space that is available on the BlackBerry smartphone by completing the following steps: Connect the BlackBerry smartphone to the computer. Open the BlackBerry® Desktop Manager. Double-click Application Loader. At the Device Application Selection screen, under the application selection window, note the total application space. Note: Select the List additional applications that are installed on the connected device check box to include the applications that are installed outside of the BlackBerry Device Software applications and the file sizes. Remove applications that are not required. For example, remove additional language packs and themes. Cause 2 A large amount of BlackBerry smartphone user data is present on the BlackBerry smartphone that cannot be removed by the Low Memory Manager. Resolution To resolve this issue, complete the following steps: On the BlackBerry smartphone, click Options > Status. Display the menu, and select Database Sizes. Reduce the number of items that are increasing the size of the database. For example, if the Address Book database is large, remove out-of-date contacts. If the Content Store database is large, move media files from the BlackBerry smartphone memory to a media card. Cause 3 Media settings may contribute to low memory capacity. Resolution Modify the Device Memory Limit settings by completing the following steps: On the BlackBerry smartphone, click Media. Select a media application. Display the menu, and click Options. Set the Device Memory Limit to the lowest setting field. Display the menu, and click Save. Note: Some BlackBerry smartphones have integrated cameras without a media card. As a result, some features have been added to handle picture storage on the BlackBerry smartphone, including the following: · Reserved Pictures Memory: In BlackBerry Device Software 4.2.0, the default value setting is 10 MB. In BlackBerry Device Software 4.2.1 - 4.7, the default value setting has been reduced to 2 MB. This setting reserves memory for pictures that the BlackBerry smartphone might take, and reduce the File Free amount that is displayed in the BlackBerry smartphone. This makes sure that the BlackBerry smartphone has memory available for pictures that are taken when a media card is not inserted in the BlackBerry smartphone. · Device Memory Limit: The default value setting is 20 MB. This prevents the BlackBerry smartphone from storing more than the specified amount of memory use. Cause 4 An application has expanded beyond intended memory boundaries. Resolution Note: In the Java® operating environment, applications increase and reduce memory usage when the applications launch, run required processes, and close processes. An application may use more memory than it is intended to use. Please make note of the values outlined in the following steps: On the Home screen of the BlackBerry smartphone, click Options. Click Status and note the values listed for File Free and File Total. Divide each of these two values by 1024, so that they are measured in kilobytes (KB). Record the new values, and name them as Displayed File Free and Displayed File Total. Display the menu, and click Database Sizes. Record the value shown in the Total Size field at the top of the screen. Open BlackBerry Desktop Manager, then open the application loader tool. Click Next on the Welcome screen. Connect the BlackBerry smartphone to the computer and allow the application loader tool to detect it. You might be prompted to type a password. Click Next on the Device Application Selection screen. Verify that the List additional applications that are installed on the connected device check box is selected. Record the value for the Total application space, located at the bottom of the window. Calculate the Reserved Pictures Memory for BlackBerry smartphones that have integrated cameras. If a camera is not integrated, proceed to step 12. On the BlackBerry smartphone, open the Media application. Display the menu, and click Options. Note the Reserved Pictures Memory value and multiply that value by 1024. Record the value. For example, 2 MB * 1024 = 2048. To calculate the Total Amount of Memory In Usage, add the values for Total Application Space, Total Size, and Reserved Pictures Memory (if applicable). To get the Calculated File Free value, subtract the value for Total Amount of Memory In Usage from the Total Flash Memory supported by the BlackBerry smartphone.

My HTC P4350 is running low on free storage space

The system have used nearly the maximum internal memory available: Storage: Total 33.45 MB; In Use: 32.80 MB; Free: 0.66 MB Program.

If you already deleted or moved to memory card your files, that means that the space is taken by installed application/games, or by files left over by previously installed applications.

Save all your files on computer and do a complete reset of the HTC, restoring system to factory settings.

Trying to move photos from internal storage to computer

Do you use your phone to browse the internet? if so, go to internet explorer -> options -> memory. and let it delete all temporary internet files. That should free a lot of internal storage. Turning your phone off and on again can also help to delete temporary files to make room in your storage memory.

It says that Memory full! close some application n try agn. for capturie an Image.

Just a shot in the dark, but I have had users that have had this same issue because that had multiple applications loaded up on their phone.

One thing you could try it to un-install a couple of applications that you do not use all that much (ones you can get back easily if needed) this would automatically free up some memory and allow you to test out capturing an image.

Just shutting down an application will not free up that much memory, you will have to actually delete or un-install a few things to make a difference.

There are a variety of things you can do to free memory, like deleting pictures, images, ring tones and un-install apps. Just make sure what ever you un-install or delete, you first do not need or can easily get it back. I've had users think that some of these phones have a recycling bin on them like windows does :-)

Good luck and I hope this helps.

How do I delete info to free up memory space?

Clear out a little space and install a program called FileZ- it is freeware and widely available. Once installed, it will give you a list of every file on the Visor, and allow you to select single files or blocks of files to remove. Look to www.palmgear.com or the toughr to use www.freewarepalm.com for FileZ and other programs.
