Take out the printer head first, which is on top of the cartridges, hence freeing the way for them to be possible to take out. Each cartridge has a plastic thing at the end that you can gently push that will "eject" them slightly and you can take them out. Take old ones out, put in new ones in the right order, push gently and await the "click" that they are in place (see the little light also going on when they are in place), put back the printer head. Close printer.
