Question about HP DeskJet 940c InkJet Printer
My hp deskjet 940c is normally in good working order however, when i change the ink it is know telling me the door is open but it is clearly closed i tried every thing any ideas on how to fix this issue?
Not sure if you can do this, but I have used my 940c HP Inkjet successfully since it was new several years ago. I have found that anytime I have had any problems at all, I just unistall it and reinstall using the CD's that came with it. It has always solved any problems, in general. Specific problems can be taken care of by reading the Toolbox that is installed with the CD also. Good luck.
