My wd52327 turns on and than turns itself off

I replaced the lamp 6 months ago and worked great. Now none of the fans run, and when I unplug it and plug it in to the wall there is no fast flashing timer light and I can turn the tv on right away. I turn the tv on and than I get the fans but no picture or sound. It stays on for a short bit and than powers itself off and the status light blinks normal(green) and than turns solid red. I did a self check and comes up code 34 witch is (lamp abnormal). This is on a wd52327 Mitubishi, it is about 3-4 years old. Can you help........Thanks

I ordered the caps and had them installed. still nothing so I tried replacing the lamp ballast and still did the same thing with the same code. I read that if the color wheel dont work the tv will not work. I found a used light engine with the color wheel and installed that and now the tv works perfect. It ended up being the light engine with the color wheel.

Thats a very common problem which means that the capacitors on the power PWB have most likely failed. You can get the repair kit which has the replacement Capacitors and step by step instructions with detailed pictures on how to do the repair . Heres a link to the repair kit for your model.

I have a samsung dlp. In the past 3 months I have replaced a ballast, lamp and a color wheel. After lamp replacement tv worked great for three weeks. Now TV comes on great but turns off after about two...

It could be that a cooling fan is not operating correctly, allowing the unit to over heat, or the power supply board could be failing. I would remove lower rear cover and see if fan(s) are turning.

My 2006 GMC sierra 1500 heater fan stopped working. It started about 6 months ago when the high speed stopped working, now none of the speeds works.

This is your blower motor regulator. It is under the glove box and behind the blower motor itself. They are cheap to purchase but a pain in the rear side to replace. Hope this can help you out sir.

Lamp turns-on and off

lamp ballast and/or power supply is going. the ballast has to boost the charge up to 140 vdc, and after it's up to it full strength, it drops down to 40vdc to maintain. if the ballast can't get up to the proper voltage, it shuts down. or the lamp itself will not hold the voltage, and therefore needs replacing.

TV won't stay on

Hello Fonzell!
Regarding the tv turning, my question is, do you hear a clicking sound? if so, it's most probable tio be your ballast, that might not have enough voltage to keep on with your lamp, and that's why it shuts off.
You could try replacing it and seeing if it resolves your issue, I believe they're running around 70 dlls..
have a great one ! :)

Turns on and off green LED flashes until TV turns back on.

this is a symptom of a bad lamp. for some reason it won't spit out a lamp error. shaking up the lamp will sometimes fix temporarily but you will find replacing to be the answer. if your tv has a fan error, you will get 4 red blinks.
