- When I turn on my computer it says acer and then goes straight to Enter Primary Master HDD User Password. That is all I ever get to. I cannot get past that. - dfent57

check in my computer or desktop see if you have anything that says acer recovery
you can also check in c\ program files

- bios setup for hdd primary password
you need to disable it then F10 and save to exit
Acer usually has a recovery right in the system
