Some phones have the ability to transmit photos wirelessly disabled because the phone company wants you to either use their services for that or they just didn't build it in.

Probably the most foolproof way to do it is to acquire a cable that connects your phone to the USB port of your PC. Then download some software that allows the phone and PC to communicate. BitPim is usually good for that. www.bitpim.org.

Good luck... Rick :)

I took a picture on my cell phone which is an LG Rumour through MTS Mobility. I tried to send the picture to my computer, but it won't go. How do you do this if your picture is not on a memory card?

To send picture messages there is a few options. You can send the picture to your email address, open the message and download attachment saving the file to your computer. If you have a data cable you can tether your phone to your computer and transfer files. And if your phone and computer are bluetooth enabled you can sync the devices together and share your files. I hope this helps.

I am not able to pair the H550 wireless device; I am being prompted for a password

You could try the bluetooth generic passwords (0000 and 1234), these usually work with most devices.

Acer laptop cannot conect to handphone.

Check in your device manager to see if your bluetooth device is enabled. Also check in the Bios settings and in your power management to see if there are any settings there for the bluetooth.

If there are no entries for bluetooth in device manager, you may need to buy a USB bluetooth adapter. I know that some models of Acer laptops are bluetooth capable, but do not have the internal bluetooth adapter.

Could not found the bluetooth connection or device

Make sure you have every driver for your laptop loaded. Then let's suppose you want to connect your phone to the laptop bluetooth: Turn on the bluetooth in your mobile and make it visible to the other bluetooth device then only your handphone will detect the other bluetooth device and viceversa. Most of the recent notebooks are having bluetooth enabled but in some notebooks we need to turn on the bluetooth by using the buttons which indicated as bluetooth. Once you turn on then get into your computer running windows vista type this following command in the search box or in the run box "ncpa.cpl" it will take you to the network connection window [you can even use control panel option to reach the network options]. In that window where you find the bluetooth connection.Click the icon first and look it on the top of the window where you can see an option "Connect the the bluetooth"click it then you need to add the bluetooth device click add. It will find your hand phone then it will ask the passpharse key you can create one and then your handphone alert you to type the same key that u given in the notebook.Once it matched it will connect automatically. Later type bluetooth in the search option where you will get an option as Bluetooth(Transfer files wizard) . Click it then you receive or send the file via bluetooth between your notebook and handphone. Hope it helped.

My motorola H550 headset does not work for my PS3

Go to Settings, then Accessory settings, then audio device settings. Now change the input device by selecting it and change it to the motorola H550. Save these changes and It should work. Did for me at least. If you're still having issues or not seeing the option for your Bluetooth device, try going to manage Bluetooth Devices and see about registering it there.
