Question about Kenmore 24902 Top Load Washer
I can't get my Kemore washer case back onto the frame correctly.
Some will just fall right back into place then there are those like yours that well, prayer never hurts.
I always open the top so I can see what I'm doing.
The cabinet should be leaned back about 45 degrees so the front lip goes under the front of the washer frame. Keep it at a 45 angle while you push it forward with your foot. The front of the washer frame must be off the floor at least 2-3 inches. Some that have the legs run all the way up will require raising either with the legs or a piece of wood.
Once you have the front of the cabinet under the washer frame, hold pressure with your foot and lower the cabnet down on the frame. The back of the frame has a metal *** sticking up that must go in the slot on the cabinet. Some times it will require doing one side at a time to get them in place.
At this point you should be able to push the back panel back into place. Sometimes one side at a time, sometimes I will go ahead and push one side in and put the bracket in then do the other side.
Hope this helps. I'll be pray'n for you.
