SOURCE: I received a dent just

  • Well to get at that piece would be to do the same as to get at the wiper motor/transmission.

  1. Open the back hatch.

  2. There will be some screws along the frame of that hatch panel.
  3. Now the hatch removes in an upward motion. It's further held in with clips that will pop when you pull the hatch panel off. You want to be careful not to snap any clips.
  4. You should now be able to see the dented piece.

SOURCE: How to remove dent out of the door

if the big is not real small, and covers a flat part of the door (with no moolded body lines), you can buy a suction body puller and it should work. also, try dry ice and sometimes, (if you hold your mouth right, lol) it will shrink the metal and the dent will pop out. be sure to wear gloves!! finially, you can buy a small spot welder, puller system. just weld the "tabs" on in strategic places, use the attached puller, and slide hammer the dents out. it takes practice, but it can be done.

Testimonial: "Yes, I use a suction cup dent puller. And the dent pop rite out out the first try. However, the dent is still noticeable due to how badly it's dented. But long story short, the solution worked. Im statisfied becuase the dent was really bad and noticeable before! "

How do i remove dent from a car without ruining the painted surface and many more?

Depends on how deep the dent is, is it a sharp crease, has the paint cracked in or near the dent? There are kits available that can pop out a simple dent, but not a more severe dent. You can Google paintless dent removal to see the kits and where to get one.

Cadilac front bumper

If you want to repair yourself, I would start by taking the bumper cover off, then slowly warming the dent area (front and back of the cover) with a heat gun (careful as you could easily scorch). Then pressing evenly from the backside outward. Once the dent is popped back, let cool, then inspect for finish damage that may require attention.

Else, go see a PDR (Paintless Dent Repair) tech who can affix a pull to the outside and try to draw it out.

Replace headliner in mini cooper

I think the dents are more easily removed by pulling them from the outside than pushing them out from the inside.

I'd check into a paintless dent repair shop before dissassembling my car. Having them give you an estimate and explaining their process will probably be very helpful even if you don't have them do it.
Depends. I had 4-5 shallow dents on my roof and my PDR specialist determined that a better job could be done from the inside out. He wouldn't use the puller-method. (He has used the puller on other dents on my other cars a couple times...he is very good at it.) It just depends.

Taking out the headliner was a pain, for sure, but I did it myself.

Rear passenger side got dent how do i replace it

Joko,
You are not very clear on exactly where the dent is. The area behind the side door is called a "quarter panel". These parts are not easily replaced, as they are a welded, structural member of the car's structure. Replacement requires specialized cutting and welding tools, normally only found in auto body shops. If the dent is not to bad, you could try removing the interior plastic trim panels and pushing outward to remove the dent.
Providing that the paint is not damaged and there is not an actual crease in the quarter panel [commonly referred to as a "pop" dent] I would suggest contacting a DENT WIZARD company. They will come to your house and fix the dent, using specialized tools and skills. Do a Google search for PAINTLESS DENT REPAIR including your geographic location in the search to find local companies who can do this work. It's much cheaper than taking the vehicle to an auto body shop.
