Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Forgot my email and password

What application are you attempting to logon to? Usually you can reset your password in order to create a new password. For example, the Gmail process would look like this:
  1. Go to the trouble signing in page.
  2. Select "I don't know my password."
  3. Enter your email address and follow the instructions on the screen.
For Yahoo:
  1. Go to the Sign-in Helper.
  2. Enter your phone number or email address.
  3. Click Continue.
  4. If prompted, enter the CAPTCHA code.
  5. If you can receive text messages to the number listed, click Yes, text me an Account Key.
I hope this helps.

This is the only way. We are nothing to do with Gmail, we just provide information.
Google Account Recovery https://www.google.com/accounts/recovery Enter the username you use to sign in to Google. This can be your Gmail address, or it may be another email address you associated with your account.

Sign in cannot remember email address

Which email service?

There should be a "Need help?" or "Can't access your account?" or some similar link on the sign-in page. As long as you can remember your full name or phone number, you should be able to recover your account.

I put in my user name and password .could not enter

It is not uncommon for users to forget their user names and passwords, especially when trying to access an email account not often used.
Email providers like Yahoo! and Google are aware that users forget and have implemented a way to identify the user in this situation. In order to use this retrieval method, you must have submitted an alternate email address when you signed up for that email.

Go to the email sign-in page. Notice the option underneath the login fields for users that have trouble signing in; in Yahoo! Mail this option is "I forgot my Yahoo! ID" and in Google Gmail this option is "Can't Access Your Account."
Click this option.
Enter the alternate email address entered when you set up up your email address.
Yahoo! Mail users also need to enter the birth date, country and postal code entered when the email address was set up. Click "Next."

Log in to your alternative email address and click the email provided.
Your email user name is available in the body of the email.
Click the link within that email to reset your email password.
To reset your email password, the provider might require that you answer your security question.
Go back to the email sign-in page and log in using your user name and new password.

Hi how i sign in and log in in roket mail .com

If you registered for a Yahoo! account with either a ymail or rocketmail email address, be sure to include @ymail or @rocketmail when you sign in to your Yahoo! account. Your Yahoo! ID is your full email address.

If you registered using a ymail email address, sign in to Yahoo! by typing your complete username/email address: myname@ymail.com.

Likewise, if you have a rocketmail email address, log in to Yahoo! by typing your complete username/email address: myname@rocketmail.com.
