Question about Xerox Phaser 6110 Laser Printer
I have a problem with xerox phaser 6110. It doesn't print. There is a red light all the time. I checked cables, paper and ink ; all of them are good. So I don't know what to do. Help me, please.
Thank you alot
I think I might know what this is. Mine did the same and I removed the waste toner cartridge (grey L shapped unit to the right of the colour cartridges under the front panel) I noticed it was quite full but a rocked it from side to side to settle the contents (be carefull as they can come out) and when refitted the light stayed off when powered up. I'm not sure if this waste cartridge needs to be replaced or you can simply tip it out into a bin, but I'll try that tomorrow when I can empty out side.

Connect the machine with a USB cable and install a utility called "Status Monitor". It came on the disk supplied with the machine, or you can download it from the Xerox Support website. When you try to send a print job, the status monitor software will tell you what the red light means.
As an alternative, if the machine is on a network, you can browse to it using it's IP address. This will also show the current status of the machine with any error messages, but in my opinion it is best to use the USB option.

The blinking toner cartridge is low. Order a new toner cartridge. You can temporarily improve print quality by redistributing the toner. See "Redistributing Toner" on page 5.2
