Question about HP OfficeJet 6110 All-In-One InkJet Printer
My hp 6110 officejet all in one keep saying check catridges. i have cleaned the catridge chambers, put new ones in, unpluged the machine and restarted it. tryed to get the menu to work so i can try that nothing works. please help me.
Try this to reset the unit:-
1) Disconnect power cable
2) Press # and 6
3) While holding buttons connect power cable
4) After you see a message on the screen release the buttons.
5) If you still get the error message, powercycle the unit.
6) You should get a message to select your country and language settings, when you see this reset should be completed.
You might have to try this a couple of times, others seemed to.
