Question about Whirlpool OEM FSP Washing Machine Pump
Wanted to replace waching machine pump myself. I'm trying to find out how I can see a picture of the pump so I will know what to take off.
Hi . if you lay the machine gently on its back, unplug the mains cable to locate the pump follow the waste outlet through the body of the machine and you will find it, the will be water in there if the pump failed so with a bowl to catch the water drain in to the bowl then the pump can be removed with pipe grips for the wire clips and unplug the cable replce in reverse order be careful to make sure the hoses are on properly and the clips are seated be careful when lifting the machine upright the can be quite heavy, hope this helps
