How do you down load a wallpaper from a pc to a psp

You cannot download PSP games free legally and different themes and wallpapers are usually only available with custom firmware. If you really want to go down this route then google custom firmware for PSP but I must advise you not to use it to do anything illegal.

You can download PSP games from the Playstation Network. Scroll all the way to the right at the PSP Menu and you will find the Network. You have to register an email address, a user name, and a password before you can gain access. You can download PSP games, PS1 games, wallpaper themes, comics, and many other fun items.

Its easy. Just connect your PSP to your pc and open the PSP folder to view files in My Computer, click the PSP folder then paste the pic in the "PHOTO" folder or the "PICTURE" folder. If there isn't any, create a folder having that title then paste it there. Disconnect your psp and then go to Photos and then click the photo you want to set as wallpaper. And... Tada! Reinstall again your Automatic Wallpaper change. This might be the problem is your wallpaper changer, check the setting if it is TILE, CENTER or STRETCH, only this 3 options are available on wallpaper, aside from resolution if only for viewing purposes.

Free Games: depends on the game you want.  Homebrew for custom firmware can be easily googled.  Googling an actual PSP game can give you a torrent, to download in uTorrent, or Limewire, etc.

I take it you have the Vu CU920 which is what this section is for. There is no option to put text on the wallpaper within the phone. You can edit or creat a wallpaper for the Vu and load it into the memory card and use it as wallpaper. All you have to do is create a wallpaper scenery using a paint program. I use Adobe Elements and it does a great job. You set the size of your wallpaper to 240X400 pixels which is the size of the Vu screen. You put your text on the wallpaper when you create it. Then you save your wallpaper as a jpg file and load it into your memory card using a program like BitPim which is free and does a great job of managing your Vu. Or you can use a USB card reader to load your wallpaper directly into the memory directory called Graphics. You then just choose your wallpaper from your memory and set it.

make sure thay are the right format if not the psp wont read them correctly

go into usb mode make sure you have a usb cable! make a folder called pictures and put the pics you want in the folder
