How do I delete songs that don't show up when atached to computer

The songs will play off the sansa but they are not showing up anywhere when atached to computer. The new ones will show up but all the old ones I want to delete wont.

-   My C250 does not show any sogs in windows media and in windows explorer only shows a few of them. There is no reset button on the player either. How do I get songs off?-   bholder275

You could format your player and start over? Right click in C250/internal memory and format? Should bring you back to fresh player with no songs or pics.
